Agents that do the work
We build AI agents that actually execute — not demos. Where a conventional company lines up a team, we orchestrate agents.
Ninabot Sàrl · Geneva
NINABOT designs and operates products powered by AI agents. A small team, in-house infrastructure, and agents that do the work of an entire company.
Our approach
We build AI agents that actually execute — not demos. Where a conventional company lines up a team, we orchestrate agents.
Everything is built and run internally: compute, observability, deployment, security. From the metal to the brand.
A Geneva company, with data and services designed for the Swiss market and its requirements.
Portfolio
NINABOT is the parent house of several projects. Each is built on the same technical foundation and the same team.

Our on-prem inference appliance can now be pre-ordered: Anchor E (4× Intel Arc Pro B60, 96 GB, CHF 10,450 excl. VAT) and Anchor S (2× B70, 64 GB, CHF 11,100 excl. VAT), assembled in Geneva and installed at your premises, with a deposit refundable until shipment. The published numbers are the ones measured on our prototype: 3 resident models, 119 tokens/s aggregate, 211 W peak. The first five machines ship at a guaranteed price.
See Anchor and pre-order →SOKKAN Inference adds the "Swiss" tier: a 20B-class model served in Geneva on our own machines (four Intel Arc Pro B60), never rerouted to a foreign provider. Best for chat, RAG and agents; 4 concurrent requests, CHF 0.60 / 2.40 per million tokens, prepaid. And "Nina for your website" is coming: a 24/7 assistant for an SME's website, hosted on the same machines, CHF 49 a month with no commitment.
See the Swiss tier →The European cockpit for parallel Claude Code sessions launches on Product Hunt: project memory injected at spawn, human-in-the-loop by construction, open source — self-host it or run it sovereign on Swiss infrastructure. Your support (and your hard questions) are welcome on the page.
See it on Product Hunt →The promise at the heart of SOKKAN becomes a mechanical guarantee: at spawn, the server runs the memory search itself and injects the top notes into the session's first message — recall no longer depends on model obedience. Also in 2.0: indexed wikilinks with graph navigation for sessions (memory_links tool), session playbooks (refactor, debug, incident, memory onboarding…), cost budgets with an HITL hard-stop, structured diff with test runs, and a guided public demo at demo.sokkan.ch.
Release notes →Exoscale dedicates a changelog post to SOKKAN: “an AI-development cockpit built on Exoscale”. The open-source cockpit for developing with AI agents — parallel sessions, persistent project memory, a dynamic Kanban and human-in-the-loop approvals — is presented alongside its managed edition, SOKKAN Cloud: a dedicated environment per customer on Exoscale infrastructure in Geneva, provisioned with Terraform, with optional Managed PostgreSQL and daily snapshots stored in Geneva. Customer data stays in Switzerland.
read the Exoscale changelog →Payeh, the group’s nervous system, moves to staging with its new identity: the augmented back office (ERP, CRM, marketing campaigns, client SEO, hosted client spaces and admin back offices, accounts and statutory exports), run by Nina DAF, the administrative and sales AI agent. Built on ERPNext and hosted in Switzerland. On accounting the rule is simple: Nina prepares, your fiduciary validates. Opening planned for Q4 2026.
see the product page →The SOKKAN listing is live on the Exoscale marketplace: “Managed AI-development cockpit”. SOKKAN Cloud is referenced there as a sovereign SaaS — one dedicated VM per customer in its own private network in zone ch-gva-2 (Geneva), optional managed PostgreSQL, daily encrypted backups and a public DPA. No Exoscale credentials ever touch customer machines. The open-source edition (Apache-2.0) remains self-hostable.
view the Exoscale listing →Ninabot Sàrl has signed Exoscale’s ISV partnership: SOKKAN Cloud joins the partner catalogue of the Swiss provider it has been running on since July. The interoperability validation covers Compute, private networks, managed PostgreSQL, object storage and the API — the full client-environment lifecycle is automated behind a human approval. A joint case study is in preparation.
SOKKAN press kit →Nicolas Micaud, founder and managing partner, officially takes on the role of Chief Technology Officer of NINABOT Sàrl. This formalises rather than changes course: he has designed and operated the group’s entire technical foundation from day one — infrastructure, agents, products — from Geneva. The title reflects what the company has become: a house that builds its own tools and runs them itself, from compute to brand.
NINABOT press kit →Not companies. The people behind them. Our digital business network is live: a directory of leaders verified in the commercial register, referrals tracked all the way to the deal, and a media that puts SME bosses in the spotlight. Free Leader profile, Verified Boss at CHF 100/year (founding price, limited seats by industry), Featured portraits hosted by Nakisa. Geneva first, FR/EN site, zero mandatory meetings.
discover whoistheboss.ch →A sovereign-EU inference API, compatible with your tools (Claude Code, Agent SDK). Claude Sonnet-level on real coding for ~30× less, answering in a second where large models reason for fifteen. Automatic escalation when a task is hard — never “not capable” — and a guard blocks your secrets (API keys, tokens) before anything is sent. Prepaid in francs, no subscription.
discover SOKKAN Inference →Magnitude measures what your machine can really run — a graphics card, an Apple Silicon Mac — benchmarks open models with real numbers (speed, power, cost), then wires the one you pick into your sessions in a click: zero cloud, zero cost per token, your data never leaves your machine. Pair every machine you own and choose which one powers SOKKAN. One-line install, on Linux and macOS.
the 1.5 release →Two back-to-back releases: sessions now run on the model of your choice (Kimi, GLM, DeepSeek or a local proxy); project memory gains priority notes, an automatic digest and a knowledge graph; and a companion CLI drives the cockpit from the terminal. Nina, our DevOps assistant, ships with every Cloud instance — and answers your questions on sokkan.ch.
the releases →Launch day: the cockpit that builds our products steps into the open, demo video included. And SOKKAN Cloud now comes with a free 14-day trial — card required, first charge on day 14, cancel in one click, limited seats. The helm, not the autopilot.
sokkan.ch →The managed offering is live: a dedicated VM and private network per customer in Switzerland (Geneva), a fleet you grow from the cockpit (workers, managed PostgreSQL), optional managed inference — Qwen3 Coder models served from Frankfurt, prepaid credits. From CHF 129/month.
sokkan.ch →Our cockpit for parallel AI sessions — with project memory auto-injected at spawn — is now Apache-2.0. Self-hosted, BYOK, one-command install.
sokkan.ch →Urgent, part-time, student, adapted work & reintegration: the AI matching adapts to each candidate’s real situation — not the other way around.
ninjob.ch →Swiss accounting, HR and CRM consolidated on our internal ERPNext platform — the same operational rigour we put into our products.
Generated invitation cards, carefully engineered sending (9.5/10 deliverability), one-click responses — built in-house, like everything else.
Let’s talk about what AI can build for you.
