Nina is being trained on JUPITER, Europe’s exascale supercomputer
EuroHPC has granted us 5,000 GPU hours on JUPITER, at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre. We use them to train Nina, our AI colleague for small businesses, on Apertus, the open Swiss language model by the Swiss AI Initiative. One model, several professions: infrastructure and operations, finance, business development, career coaching. What we train her for, in this order: honesty (saying “this option does not exist” instead of inventing one), safety (no destructive action without a way back), handing over to a human when it is beyond her, as in SOKKAN, and learning from the people who correct her. Everything is measured on our own benchmark, across three kinds of hardware, from JUPITER’s GPUs to our own GPUs in Geneva: quality, safety and energy per correct answer. Results will be published, and part of the work goes back to the Apertus community.

SOKKAN 3.2 “Captains”: several teams, several projects, one instance
3.2 makes SOKKAN a team tool. Your teams come from your directory (SSO), and every project has its own scope: repositories, memory, agents, secrets and budget, never seeing another project. Code rights come from GitLab, and a session pushes with the person’s own token, never a service account. Share a session or a preview with a colleague for validation. Two previews on top: Helm, the manager’s view where each project’s progress is computed from the real work, never declared, with Nina suggesting a course correction when a project drifts; and note classification, so that everyone, Nina included, reads only what their clearance allows. Every feature switches on one at a time, on the same open-source code: no separate enterprise edition. Runs on docker compose or Kubernetes.

SOKKAN 3.1 “Crew up”: agents that run on their own
With 3.1, your agents become a crew. Each agent is a card: its purpose, the expected deliverable and what tells it is done, its trigger (on demand, on a schedule or on an alert from the Ops tab), its tools and the vault secrets it may use, referenced by name, never by value. The new Crew tab shows them at a glance: blue at rest, green armed, orange running (the card breathes), red in error. You create one by describing it to the chat, which asks the right questions and then builds the card. Nothing runs without your go-ahead, with optional four-eyes approval, and whatever an agent writes to memory stays in quarantine until you review it. Still open source, automatic upgrade from 3.0.

SOKKAN update: 3.0 “One memory” and SOKKAN Router
Two releases on the same day, one update. SOKKAN 3.0 “One memory” gives all your agents a single memory, recalled on every message, in every session and every sub-agent, and reviewed by the CortHeXis tab; still open source, with an automatic migration from 2.x. And SOKKAN Router opens at router.sokkan.ch: an OpenAI-compatible API for open-weight models, where every model shows its hosting zone (Switzerland, Europe or the United States) and the X-Data-Location header keeps a request in Switzerland or in Europe. When a model is served in more than one place, the providers are raced. Prepaid in USD, no subscription, operated from Geneva; launch pricing until November 30, 2026.

CortHeXis: a project’s memory, alive and reviewed
An assistant working on a project for months builds up a memory — and nobody ever re-reads it. Links break, tasks sit “pending” for months, quoted paths no longer exist. CortHeXis turns it into a graph you can walk, where closeness on screen means closeness in meaning, and adds an automatic review: what is missing, what is dormant, what is no longer true. A public demo runs on a fictional corpus — the engine is real, the content is not.

SOKKAN 2.3 "Memory writes back"
Until now a SOKKAN session could read the project memory but not write to it: ask it to record a decision and it had neither the tool nor even the path to the notes. 2.3 adds `memory_write` — one note, one durable fact, in the project format, with its [[links]] — and every session is now told it exists. Like any write, it goes through the approval click: you see the note before it enters the memory.

SOKKAN 2.0 "Memory, guaranteed"
The promise at the heart of SOKKAN becomes a mechanical guarantee: at spawn, the server runs the memory search itself and injects the top notes into the session's first message — recall no longer depends on model obedience. Exoscale features SOKKAN in its changelog
Exoscale dedicates a changelog post to SOKKAN: “an AI-development cockpit built on Exoscale”. The open-source cockpit for developing with AI agents — parallel sessions, persistent project memory, a dynamic Kanban and human-in-the-loop approvals — is presented alongside its managed edition, SOKKAN Cloud: a dedicated environment per customer on Exoscale infrastructure in Geneva, provisioned with Terraform, with optional Managed PostgreSQL and daily snapshots stored in Geneva. Payeh enters staging — launch in Q4 2026
Payeh, the group’s nervous system, moves to staging with its new identity: the augmented back office (ERP, CRM, marketing campaigns, client SEO, hosted client spaces and admin back offices, accounts and statutory exports), run by Nina DAF, the administrative and sales AI agent. Built on ERPNext and hosted in Switzerland. On accounting the rule is simple: Nina prepares, your fiduciary validates. Opening planned for Q4 2026.

SOKKAN is live on the Exoscale marketplace
The SOKKAN listing is live on the Exoscale marketplace: “Managed AI-development cockpit”. SOKKAN Cloud is referenced there as a sovereign SaaS — one dedicated VM per customer in its own private network in zone ch-gva-2 (Geneva), optional managed PostgreSQL, daily encrypted backups and a public DPA. No Exoscale credentials ever touch customer machines. The open-source edition (Apache-2.0) remains self-hostable.

SOKKAN joins the Exoscale ISV program
Ninabot Sàrl has signed Exoscale’s ISV partnership: SOKKAN Cloud joins the partner catalogue of the Swiss provider it has been running on since July. The interoperability validation covers Compute, private networks, managed PostgreSQL, object storage and the API — the full client-environment lifecycle is automated behind a human approval. A joint case study is in preparation.

Nicolas Micaud, founder and managing partner, officially takes on the role of Chief Technology Officer of NINABOT Sàrl. This formalises rather than changes course: he has designed and operated the group’s entire technical foundation from day one — infrastructure, agents, products — from Geneva.
